Agreeing to these termsUsing Bunyyad means you accept these terms.
- These terms are between you and Bunyyad PVT LTD. They apply to bunyyad.com, the Bunyyad ERP apps and the Bunyyad API.
- If you use Bunyyad for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
What Bunyyad doesWe connect buyers with suppliers. The deal is between you and the supplier.
- Bunyyad lists kilns, quarries, crush plants, mills and dealers.
- When you buy material, you agree the price, quantity, delivery and payment with the supplier. Bunyyad is not part of that deal and does not hold your money.
- We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we will tell you first.
Rates are a guideEvery rate shows its date and number of quotes. Confirm before you order.
- Rates come from suppliers, through their ERP or their own entry. Each rate shows when it was updated and how many quotes it is based on.
- Prices change during the day, by quantity and by delivery distance. The supplier’s final quote is the price that counts.
Rules for suppliersKeep your listing true, your rates current and your API key private.
- Your business name, location, products, stock and rates must be true. Do not list material you cannot supply.
- Every listing shows how it was checked: live from your ERP, checked by our field team, or entered by you. Do not claim a check you did not pass.
- Your API key works like a password. Keep it private. Anything sent with your key is treated as sent by you. Tell us at once if it leaks and we will cancel it.
- We can hide or remove a listing that is false, out of date or reported by buyers, while we check it.
Fair useUse Bunyyad honestly. Do not harm it or other users.
- Do not post fake suppliers, fake rates or fake reviews.
- Do not send spam, try to break into Bunyyad, upload harmful code or overload the service.
- Do not copy large parts of the site.
- Do not resell or share access to Bunyyad ERP without our written permission.
Your data belongs to youYou own what you upload. You let us show and store it to run Bunyyad.
- Suppliers own their business data: stock, rates, customers and records.
- You give us permission to store only to run Bunyyad.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
FeesERP plans are priced.
- Paid ERP plans and onboarding services are priced in writing before you pay. Prices are in PKR. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- If a payment is late, we may pause the paid service after giving you notice. Your data is kept safe while it is paused.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Our name and softwareThe Bunyyad name, logo and software belong to us.
- The Bunyyad name, logo, design, software and content belong to Bunyyad.
- You may use the service as these terms allow. You may not copy, sell or rebuild our software, or use our name to suggest we support you, without written permission.
No guaranteesWe work hard to keep Bunyyad right and running, but we cannot promise it always will be.
- Bunyyad is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of mistakes.
- We do not guarantee the quality, weight, count or delivery of any material. Check material on arrival and settle problems with the supplier.
Limits of our responsibilityWe are not responsible for losses from deals between buyers and suppliers.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, delays on site or lost data, as far as the law allows.
If someone makes a claimIf your listing or misuse causes a claim against us, you cover it.
- If someone makes a claim against Bunyyad because of your listing, your data, or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover the cost.
- This does not apply where the claim was caused by our own serious mistake.
Ending your useYou can leave any time. We can pause or close accounts that break the rules.
- You can stop using Bunyyad at any time.
- We can pause or close an account or listing that breaks these terms, does not pay, or that the law requires us to stop. Where we can, we will warn you first and explain why.
Law and disputesPakistani law applies. We try to settle any problem by talking first.
- These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
- If you have a complaint, contact us first. We will try to settle it.
- If we cannot, the dispute goes to the courts of Pakistan that have jurisdiction.
Changes to these termsIf we change something important, we tell you first.
- We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.
- For important changes, we will tell partners by SMS, WhatsApp or email before they apply.
- Using Bunyyad after a change means you accept the new terms.
