Information that stays on your phoneYour profile and project are saved in your browser.
  • When you sign in or plan a project, your name, contact, role, city and project details are saved in your own browser.
  • We do not receive this information. Clearing your browser data, or using another phone, removes it.
Information we collectOnly what you send us: supplier applications, ERP data and messages.
  • Supplier applications: business name, contact name, phone number, material type, city, area and your message.
  • Supplier ERP data: business profile, stock, rates, and a log of each sync.
  • Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
  • Technical data: like every website, our servers record IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working and safe.
What the public can seeEverything is private.
  • Your customers, sales, balances and other ERP records are never published.
Who we share it withWe never sell your information.
  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We use trusted service providers to host the site, run the database and deliver pages quickly. They may only use your information to provide that service.
  • We share information if the law requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.
How long we keep itOnly as long as we need it.
  • Supplier listings and ERP data: while your account is active, and up to 7 days after you close it so that we can fix that for you.
  • We may keep some records longer where the law requires it, for example invoices.
Keeping it safeEncrypted connections, scrambled keys and limited staff access.
  • All traffic to Bunyyad is encrypted (HTTPS).
  • ERP API keys are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form and can be cancelled at any time.
  • Only staff who need your information to help you can see it.
  • No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we will tell you quickly and explain what to do.
Your choicesSee, correct or delete your information. Just ask.
  • You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
  • Message us on WhatsApp or email us. We reply sooner.
  • To remove what is saved on your phone, clear your browser data for bunyyad.com.
Cookies and browser storageNo advertising or tracking cookies. Only what the site needs to work.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or tracking from other companies.
  • We use your browser’s storage to remember your profile, your project and your choices on the site.
  • You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. The site still works, but it will forget your choices.
ChildrenBunyyad is for adults and businesses.
  • Bunyyad is not meant for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policyIf we change something important, we tell you first.
  • We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version.
  • For important changes, we will tell partners by SMS, WhatsApp or email before they apply.
