Important points
You pay suppliers directly for material. Returns and refunds are agreed with the supplier.
Software plans: cancel in the first 3 days of a billing period and that period is refunded.
Approved refunds reach you within 14 working days.
The Initial fee is Non-Refundable.
We would always be there whenever you need us.

Material bought from a supplierYou pay the supplier, so returns are agreed with the supplier.
- Bunyyad does not sell material and does not hold your money. You pay the supplier directly.
- Short delivery, wrong grade, damaged material and returns are settled between you and the supplier. Check the challan and the load on arrival.
- If a supplier listed on Bunyyad treats you unfairly, tell us. We will look into it, and we may hide or remove their listing.
Software plans (monthly, 3-month, yearly)Cancel in the first 3 days of a billing period and that period is refunded.
- You can pay every month, every 3 months or once a year. Paying for longer costs less.
- Cancel within the first 3 days of any billing period and we refund the fee for that period.
- After those 3 days the period runs to its end. It is not renewed after you cancel.
Setup feeIt is NON-Refundable
- The setup fee is paid once. It covers setting up your account and training your staff.
What cannot be refundedWork already done, like setup or a field visit.
- Hardware or SMS credits that have already been delivered or used.
Our mistakesCharged twice or wrongly? Full refund.
- If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra amount in full.
How to ask for a refundSend your business name and the reason.
- Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your business name or payment reference, and why you want a refund.
- We confirm your request within 2 working days.
How long it takesDecision in 3 working days. Money back in 7.
- We decide on every request within 3 working days.
- Approved refunds go back the way you paid (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card) within 7 working days.
Before you dispute a paymentTalk to us first. It is usually faster.
- Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a payment. Most problems are solved quickly.
- If a payment is reversed, the paid service may be paused until it is settled.
